Now I’m not about to go on some feminist rant but lets be honest guys have it SO much easier than girls.
Something as simple as walking down the street can be a daunting experience for a girl due to the wolf whistling or gaping looks given out. Like seriously, get a grip, so what if there’s a girl showing some skin, you don’t need to make them feel uncomfortable by whistling and winking.
Just the other day I had an experience in which i simply walked from my car into a shop. It was the end of the day after work so i was draped in a coat and yet despite my tired looks men sat in a van STILL clapped and whistled as i walked in. This kind of behaviour makes a women feel so uncomfortable. Whenever i walk anywhere on my own i always feel on edge like i’m being watched or something.
But why do they do it, what do they achieve? This kinda thing drives me doo lally and no guy has ever had to experience it. It’s not smart and sure as hell not fun for any of us ladies.
I’m not saying that this is something every guy does cause nearly every guy I know wouldn’t dare do anything such as the above, but the 1% of guys who do, ruin it for everyone else and I would love to see how they would feel if they were stared and winked at.
Sorry for the rant but it annoys me SO much!
